Prices
All prices are incl. VAT and taxes and in Danish kroner. The stated price at the time of ordering is the applicable order price. Delivery costs are calculated separately and appear before approval of the purchase.

Shipping
We currently supply within Europe and the UK. International shipping coming soon!
Orders are shipped every Monday. and Thurs. through PostNord, dao or GLS and it can take between 4-10 working days to arrive at their destination. Please contact if you have not received your package after 14 days.
For customers in Norway and Switzerland, we add an additional DKK 125 to your customs clearance order. UK customers may be liable for customs duties and VAT upon entry into the UK.

Payment
At www.basisnuts.com you can pay in the following ways:

- MobilePay

Basisnuts.com encrypts all your card information with the so-called SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that unauthorized persons cannot read your card number or other information during the transaction with PBS. Please note that we do not charge for card payments.

Right of complaint
The Purchase Act's defect rules may apply to purchases of goods.

When you shop with us as a consumer, you have a 24 month right to make a complaint. This means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, the money back or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation. It is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other damaging behavior.

If there is an additional right of complaint or guarantee, this will appear separately on the invoice.

You must complain within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect in the item. If you complain within two weeks after the defect is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.

If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs.
The item must always be sent back in proper packaging, and remember to get a receipt for shipment so we can refund your shipping costs. When you return the item, please describe the problem in as much detail as possible.

We do not receive packages without delivery or packages sent by post. cash on delivery.

Complaint

Return
In connection with complaint cases, Basis Nuts will of course bear the return costs.

Send us an email to info@basisnuts.com describe the error and feel free to send a photo of the item. We will then pick up the defective product and deliver a new similar product if stock is available. Otherwise, the amount will be refunded. If you live nearby, you are also welcome to hand in the goods in person.

When returning defective or incorrect items to Basis Nuts, where an error or defect, defined and stated by you, is not found, the item will be returned to you. Items should be returned with an invoice copy, where the time of purchase for the advertised product appears, as the item will otherwise be stored until there is an invoice copy and any error message on the product.

Please note that you must bear the cost of returning goods to us that are not defective. Please note that we do not accept packages sent by post. cash on delivery.

Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal
